    I had the same problem when I first started processing my own birds. The problem was too hot water or too long in the water. Made adjustments and everything was fine after that. Hope this helps.

    We use cattle panels with "heavy duty" clips to attach them to each other. We mostly use these in wooded areas, so there are trees to help support the panels, not sure how this would work in a pasture setting.
