Finally got all 30 my infected birds healed completely. But how long do I need to keep them in isolation. I don't know how long they will still be contagious. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Is there a strand of fowl pox that has to get worse before it can get better. I have some month old chicks that has fowl pox and I have been giving them exactly the same treatment that I give the others but they don't seem to be getting better only worse
Well that is the longterm plan but at the moment my setup is just not there yet and i currently have 33 roosters and 60 hens so till i can get my rooster run and things ready some of them have to go
And There are also some I am not particularly interested in but my mum just adores them and refuses to let them go so I have to get rid of the ones I can before she decides she wants to keep them too. These are some of the ones she refuses to let me give away
Yes and what is the worst is that they will all have one or another trait or color you want to keep and then you have to decide which is more important.
I have a Dorking mix rooster and his wattles(under the ears) have white dots at first i thought it was because he was old but now that his chicks are grown I see that some of them have the same white wattles (under the ears)
