    It is air! When Hubby put pressure on it he could hear air escape and got it down some. I’m assuming it came out of the puncture? Thank ya so much! I have never heard of this until now! I really appreciate your help!

    Thank ya very much! I posted 2 pics. I don’t know if it’s a bumble bee sting for sure. But ya answered what my concern was and I really appreciate it. 🙏🏼🤠

    W ound probably wasn’t the best choice of word. Sorry. I couldn’t think of another word at the time. He has a small puncture. The swelling, bright red and hot to the touch has me concerned. Was just wondering if penicillin should be started to try to curb the infection.

    We’re thinking possibly a bumble bee sting. Was wondering if we should start him on Penicillin with Procaine?
