    3 week old Chinese painted quail

    Fully feathered, I’d think they’re ready for a forever home. Feathers keep them warm so they don’t need the heat anymore. So I’ve noticed w/ my other quails. Once they’re fully feathered then they would get hot with more heat on them. I thought 2-3 weeks of heat.
