    Sudden sick goose...African Goose.

    Sounds like a couple things may have happened. Chances are he either swallowed an old nail or fence staple or he got into some rat poison. He may also have picked off and swallowed a few chips of old lead paint if there’s any around. Good luck.

    Neighbor using strobe lights at coop at 5 every morning... remodel fix ideas?

    This may sound extreme but have a friend who your neighbor has never seen before dress up in a suit, coat, tie, sunglasses and knock on the neighbors door and quietly say “Mr. So and so, stop shining a light into your neighbor’s chicken coop”. Then simply walk back to his car, say nothing else...

    looking for best hatchery to get chicks

    Im 63 and have had chickens most of my life. The only hatchery I have ever used is McMurray. I’ve never received any dead chicks and I also never had any die after receiving them. I’m extremely lucky in that regard but personally I highly recommend Murray McMurray.

    Feeding Dry Cat food to Adult Chickens

    I make a warm mash of Friskies Seafood Sensations once a week when my Barred Rocks are molting,once it soaks up the hot water I pour in 2 cups of buttermilk and give it to them before they go to roost. They wildly enjoy it and I have never had any problems. Chickens are much tougher and smarter...
