My baby chicks absolutely love (cooked) "sticky rice" as their treat, I only give them a small palm full (about a quarter cup worth split between 6 chicks) at a time though.

I stopped by my local TSC yesterday for the first day of "chick day" & the only chicks that they had were a tub of ducklings, a tub of assorted "pullets" and a tub of assorted "red pullets".

Update, finished up painting the coop's frame.
The exterior of the coop with be the same base color only a little darker (two coats instead of one) with all of the trim pieces painted white in typical, traditional red barn fashion.
