Hello! I live in South Western Washington State along the Nisqually River, in the historic homeland of the Nisqually Tribe.

I am currently raising 13 chicks and 6 three-year-old hens, and I will likely keep adding to my flock. I hope to try raising broilers next spring! One of our Barred Rocks usually goes broody once a year, so I would like to try my luck at giving her some fertilized eggs sometime too.

My husband and I are slowly establishing our micro-farm, and I also plan to eventually raise pigs (for meat), goats (for dairy), and possibly sheep (for meat) and/or alpacas (for a fun pet... lol).
