We put 20 eggs in our incubator, 17 of which hatched. Of those that hatched, 12 are CCL, the other 5 are either a CCL (Roo) x Silver Laced Wyandotte or Swedish Flower cross. Dummy me thought that I would be able to tell the CCLs easily from the others, but I was mistaken! Here are some pics...
We bred Royal Pythons for several years, and completely understand the genetics of those rascals, but chickens seem to be a different thing totally. Any assistance with genetic education would be greatly appreciated!
