    Humidity?

    My eggs jumbo quail 110 eggs to arrive in about a week. Doing dry run on the incubator, and temp is stable 99 to 100 degrees but if i put water in the tray humidity 77 with no water added it fluxuates between 36 and 40 should i bother findind a small water dish or run dry?

    THE QUAIL ARE HATCHING! HELP!!

    May have to high of calcium in diet. I had that problem with my first batch. Eggs where to thick and chicks had holes broke they could put their heads out but died still in shell. Then splayed legs decimated the ones who hatched. Batch i am running now i will be using silicone drawer liner...

    Like i said most hatched or almost hatched. But i am loosing em in the first week to splayed leg n other problems. Plus 40 of my eggs where mail order so hatch wasnt terrible but wife isnt happy with chick mortality. And i have to admit i aint either

    The aquarium at 95 is my brooder i incubated in a storebought farm inovations incubator with automatic egg turner no i have not done any supplements in their water. N next time. I will do a devider too next time
