    I have a Booda Dome as a litter box for my indoor cats. The lid easily removes and replaces. I can see why the hens would like it, too. Very dark and private. If you have the space for them in your coop (they are quite large) I would think they would be perfect! And they are easily cleaned...

    Find a quilt guild in your area and start going to meetings. They love newbies and sharing. I don't quilt, but my mom does and it is just as addicting as horses and chickens.
