    Sick Buff Orpington

I think she might be egg bound. Tomorrow I am going to try soaking her bottom in warm water with epsom salt and feed her some warm oat meal. Any suggestions on that?

    Sick Buff Orpington

We just examined her. Her crop, abdomen and cloaca all appear good. No blockage or swelling. No parasites. Nothing seems broken. She walked around a little and then almost fell over. When I put her back in the coop she just kind of fell forward on her face. I had to pick her up and sit her down...

We haven't found any soars, injuries or blockages. Her comb is flopped over and not its normal red color. She also seems all puffed...

    Blankie in the brooder.

I took an old fleece blanket we had and everyday I cut a section out of it and sew the raw edges. Then I place it in their cage. They love sleeping on it. The next morning, I throw it away since they poop on it and replace it with a new one. They get excited when the new one goes in their cage.
