Majack I have been working on 2 of our past block makers. I'm still struggling with the vertigo but quilting is actually helping me to get my balance and vision back on track. I'll send photos when I can.
Anna6 I agree of all the blocks we have done together I like this one the best.
They are both very pretty, the colors and pattern are so soothing.
Mine is waiting for warmer weather because I spray baste in our garage and we still have ice and snow outside.
Dear Quilty friends on Nov 23 while digging out the roaster pans for Thanksgiving dinner. I developed sever vertigo with hearing loss. I was in the hospital for 4 days, they tried every thing, of course the( experts) were all gone for the Holidays.
I'm home now but they say it could last...
katsdar I hope everything goes well for you. Please let your hubby help you with some of those chores, don't injure yourself before your test!
See you soon
I like your ideas Anna6.
What about manly colors, done in Jenny's Lovely Leaves pattern in a 12.5" block, then we could add solids between the leaf blocks?
Sounds like you had a quilter's trick or treat nightmare katsdar
. I have always thought that the second part of LW was going to be difficult.
I have been putting it off till I felt better, maybe this week. good luck with the rest of it.
Ttape sounds good, fast too..
I have not been able to get back to the LW yet,
with the cold wet weather we have been having my RA is really acting up, just getting my state blocs done has been a trial.
Yes they are batiks except the white.
My thought was to feel as if walking through a green hedge maze?
I think all the hues and shades of green are very relaxing.
