    Hurt duckling in incubator

    There is a hurt duckling that hatched in the incubator. I read something that said you are supposed to keep a duckling in the incubator for 12-24 hrs. Do I keep it in there or take it out and help it?

    I noticed it hatched about 5 hrs ago. It is moving slightly but doesn’t seem to be able to stand up. It is currently still in the incubator.

    it’s mostly pekin and if it did hatch prematurely it was only about 12 hrs. Only a little blood was lost.

    I got the eggs in a span of four days. It hatched on day 1 while the others hatched on day 2. They were stepping on, pecking, and messing with the other eggs (it’s not the biggest incubator). I think it was going to start hatching but the other ducks were pecking at it too. I tried to look at it...
