    Sand from the creek?

    We want to use sand in our run and my grandma owns property with a creek on it. Is there any reason we can’t use that sand? Would we need to do anything to it first? My husband thinks it would be fine but I wanted to ask first since I’ve seen “washed” river sand recommended.

    I’m honestly not sure. It was only the one spot and I didn’t think enough of it to take a picture. 😣 My husband took this one this morning. We did clean it, but the blood had already started to dry before we realized she was bleeding, so it’s not any easier to see.
