    You can bake your quail shells, grind them, and feed them back to her. Why waste the calcium?

    Quitting quail.

    I just do it to feed myself and some friends and family. I am happier when I have a reason to get out of bed. I know my animals depend on me. I am old, retired, and I like feeling productive.
