    Also very true. Look at this one girl I saved from someone who had to downsize. I took 1 rooster and 4 hens from her and they lay the biggest eggs. She looks absolutely horrible.l, but she's been laying almost daily and I don't have her in with any roosters at the moment.so she has time to heal...

    I have a friend wanting to rooster. I really want the polish hen (she looks as if the roosters wanted nothing to do with her lol). If I do decide to take them they'll be quarantined and the hens will be away from any roosters till their feathers grow back in and they'll just end up as my egg...
