    We keep ours in a coop with a large run during the day, but then in the evening we let them be free (with their wings clipped) for about 3-4 hours in the evening when im outside working my horses. This way I can see if a hawk in coming, then they get locked in at sunset. This system has worked...

    Well I got these eggs, so I don't have to use an incubator after this season. I plan on keeping a couple silkie hens to hatch my polish babies :)

    The corner of the box was crushed, so much for the word FRAGILE written all over it. I got 24 eggs and even with the corner crushed only two had slight cracks. No goop or wetness. We sealed the cracks with nail polish and put all 24 in the incubator. We will candle in 5 days to see of any are...
