Heip!!! I have 7 five month old Rhode Island Red hens. (I did have 10). Some are developing black spots on their feet the others peck. The areas get bigger and sorer. Some are losing toes. 2 have died. I haven't had chickens since I was young (long time ago) and am not familiar with chicken...
