    The dogs were my neighbors and I had not yet clipped his wings so he was somehow able to jump over the fence. I’ll be sure to clip wings earlier in the future.👍

    Yes indeed, I applied hydrogen peroxide to clean out the wound. I patted down the wound but not too much. Do I need to apply something else?

    Thanks for the info. No I do not have does ointments but I will go to my local feed store and get them.

    I had already bandaged and tied the gauze pad to him. Those were the only pictures I took before I wrapped him up. It was a real hassle to get the wrap in him.

    While doing my online classes I heard a pained squak outside and found out my chicken had somehow got to the next door neighbors and was being attacked by the dogs.
