LOL My husband has found he has an allergy to duck eggs since we got a duck. But he can eat our chickens' eggs. So what I bake with the duck's eggs is all mine. (: Baking "all mine pumpkin pie" tonight.

My duck's eggs are almost twice the size of my largest chicken eggs. I am baking pumpkin pie tonight, I will post with my results! I think I will use 3 duck eggs, since I was wanting to add an additional yolk anyway to make a nice rich pie. (:
