Today our Buckeye pullet, RaRa, laid her very first egg! These are the first chickens we have ever had! This is our very first egg that they have laid. Such an exciting day! I am in North Carolina. I've read tons and tons on the Boards. So thankful to have them to look through in an attempt to somewhat prepare for raising backyard chickens. We purchased a small coop, but I'm really thinking we will need to go to a larger one. We are getting two 5 month old buckeyes...- SavannahRaby
