Selling eggs off the gate in texas
Would I need any permits or licensing to sell eggs off the gate to my neighbors? I know I can't include any words making it seem like the eggs are graded and that the carton must include my name and safety instructions. My main concern is if there is a permit I need before setting up a sign- Saxon Nightshade
