Ty JedJackson! I think that she definitely is a Golden Appelenzer Spitzhauben mix. Her pattern, sizing, and tail shape are all almost perfect matches, and her comb and crest also match fairly well.
It looks like she is definitely missing some of her head feathers, as they are quite scruffy and patchy, which is either from our chickens pecking at her or from whatever journey she's been on.
