    A GLW cock bird over SLW hens will produce GLW pullets and yellow cockerels. A SLW cock bird over GLW hens will produce SLW pullets and yellow cockerels. My yellow cockerels have appeared silver with yellowed or dingy hackles and saddle.

    Gold laced wyandotte chicks

    I have 5 Gold Laced Wyandotte chicks and 2 Wyandotte mixed chicks for sale north of Houston. Hatched July 30th. Straight run. $3 each or $20 for all 7. These are not exhibition birds but make lovely layers. The mixes are GLWxBuff Orp or Australorp. Eggs were bought from Outdoorsii.

    Golden Laced Wyandotte Thread!

    One of mine had this pattern at about the same age. It looks to have developed into normal lacing for the most part, but I can still see an edging of gold on some of the breast feathers. She is from some shipped eggs I got. I haven't seen it on any of "my" chicks.

    The green mass is the gallbladder. The large organ was most likely the liver and the yellow stuff fat. I really can't help other than to say the organs appear healthy from your pictures. I would probably treat for coccidia as well. Good luck.
