Bantam Cochin thread.
There is a difference between Cochins and Pekins. Pekins are true bantams and have no large counterpart - unlike Cochins. When Pekin Bantams came to the UK they were not tall and rangy.- ScottyChic

I'm not sure that is correct. Please take a read of "The Pekin Bantam Club of Great Britain" - it states they are not related to the Cochins. The site is not the best presented site but it should tell you enough. Regards- ScottyChic
