    HI... I have 2 EE, 3 Barred Rock, and a black bantam (Have no idea what she is) they are all 5 months. I'm new to this chicken raising stuff, fun so far... 1 EE is laying, 3 Barred Rock are laying, bantam no eggs, or the other EE no eggs. I feed them laying food, with some treats, like corn...

    My first flock! I love caring for them. 3 Barred Plymouth 2 EE 1 black bantam --- not sure what she is. They are all 15 weeks old...Every morning I hope - then - wa wa waa - no eggs yet

    Hi, I live in Federal Way. I will be a new chicken Mama in March....I am very excited. I am thinking of buy some hens on Craigslist, is that a bad idea? Not sure I want to go through the chick stage, but if needed I will. Lauri
