Got this from an Amish builder, it was a gift to me. I really had no say in the construction, there are a couple of things I will change. Going to add a higher roost bar, as was mentioned they like to roost above the next boxes.
To answer another question, yes the nest boxes can be reached...
Got it last week, leveled it up yesterday.
Got eight new birds over the weekend, everyone stays cooped up for a week or so.
I love it, doors on either end, all cedar construction.
A bad picture of the inside:
Put the word "coop" in the search for the posted link.
It does not look like a bad price, but I would never buy something like that online.
And they have no locations near Indiana.
I am in Marengo, Indiana if you want to add me to the list.
I have a friend looking for a Dominique rooster. Adult if he can find it.

If you can help please PM me.
Got a friend here in southern Indiana looking for a Dominique rooster. He does not show birds
just working on his backyard flock. He would like an adult bird if he can find one as his hens
are of breeding age.
Please pm me if you can help.

I set 20 Bantam Salmon Faverolles last night along with six bantam BB reds for a friend.
Everyone around here (my wife) thinks I am crazy.
And made arrangements last night to buy another used incubator from a lady at Church.
It doesn't have a turner, but that can be fixed...
This will be my...
I can only go Friday, needs to be in the am or very early afternoon.
I am looking to start a flock of Bantam birds. I would prefer Brahma but am open to several other breeds.
Would like at least a trio, but would buy extra hens. Not really interested in top knot or polish.
Please pm

Thanks for the replay, they are BO chicks. I have had chicks just a few weeks old that would follow their mother in and out of the coop without issue, everyone needs a mother!
I just thought they would tag along behind the adult hens, but it is not happening. They are like rival gangs.

I have never had this problem before, I let my chickens out to free range with the warmer weather this week. I have three one year old hens a rooster about six months old, and nine 8-9 week old pullets. All the older birds went back to roost at dark, but I had to hunt down the nine young...
I just had my first hatch with my Little Giant, it went great.
I did buy the egg turner with it. I also added a very small PC type fan, think laptop size.
Someone said to adjust it and leave it alone, I 100% agree. I spent about three days letting it run and adjusting it very slowly over...
In the winter it's not just the shipping you have to worry about, that is bad enough, but the eggs can just about freeze before the person can get to them.
I collect my eggs once a day, and in winter I have eggs froozen solid on occasion! But a mans gata work...
I think the main thing is to make sure you have it out before they start hatching.
I would think beginning or the end of the 18th day would not matter, as long as you have your days counted right.
I forgot mine and didn't take it out until last night, I had chicks when I got up this morning...
My little Giant bator did the trick.
I have Red Jungle Fowl hatching today!
There where three when I left the house this morning, my wife said at least five now, and looks like more coming.
I had set about 20 eggs, but we had an 8 hour power outage and a couple of smaller ones during the run...
