    I have a rooster. he is about 1 yr old this coming april. he's free to a good home. I'm in bethany, ok. I'd just like him to have a place with other chickens. I think he is a rhode island red or a mix including that breed. the picture below is of poor quality. he is the one on the right.

    I'm sorry to hear that. I'm considering getting an Australian shepherd dog to help limit how far off they free range and discourage predators. Or perhaps a kangal breed. Any thoughts on the effectiveness of this.
