    Ah dang! I was hoping he was a female because we have only gotten 2 hens out of 9!! Pretty sure he’s a male too?

    This is my 10 week old plymouth rock/cross mixed breed (mostly plymouth rock) and i had been thinking it was a cockeral until i did some research about plymouth rocks. They say the hens have more black then white and the black stripes on their feet. Let me know please!

    We had an eggs given to us and hatched the rooster from them, not sure what breed, and the hen we got her from the same friend. Yes, thank you!! They are very pretty 🙂‍↕️

    Sorry. i had posted this because i could not upload another photo to and ongoing thread. 7 weeks old. Unknown mixed breed and i have been thinking it was a hen until they started to stand tall and big feet.

    Yes, correct, the one sitting next to the brown is in question. I was thinking it was a pullet until it started standing up tall and sticking its chest out, and also the feet are larger then the chick i think is a hen.

    I would upload pictures but it is not letting me. I have been thinking it was a cockeral because it has been standing up tall and its feet are massive compared to the hen chick.

    I had posted a thread earlier and everyone had said the two black ones were pullets and the two mixed colour ones are cockerels. I am not so sure about one of the black ones and was asking for your opinion. (The black one with the large tail is a hen)
