    The single barred are some very good looking birds for sure. If anyone is close to Eastern Ky/Southern WV and needs any Rhodebar roosters I have 8 10 week olds I would give them.

    It sure can be. I kept records and what I got on hatch rates were Own eggs. 93% Close Shipping. 52% Long Shipping (3+ days) 23% This is considering the shipper has fresh eggs and knows how to pack em.

    Just selected the smallest and kept crossing them back. So far they still have good vigor and hatch rate. I think I set 12 eggs from them this year, hatched 10.

    This a miniature Sid Taylor. He is the 8th generation inbred to get this size. I have 9th generation chicks from him and his hen I'am raising now.

    Mt Healthy Hatchery

    I got around 70 chicks of 7 different breeds from Mt Healthy this spring. Have lost only one chick in a month and half. I have immune system problems due to RA and I have stayed healthy and been very happy with the quailty of the chicks. Mt Healthy is a very good hatchery as far as hatcheries.

    Lol yup sounds like ya got plenty of eggs for breakfast I got more than I need also but went ahead and 33 in the incubator Sunday. I think 19 game and 14 bantam, I don't know why lol

    Pikeville is stormy today but a welcome change from the brutal winter. I have Buff Orps, New Hamps, GLW, TT's, GC's, Bantams and American Game rooster and 4 game hens. What kind do you have?
