Male to female ratio for pheasants.
We have a female pheasant. We are wanting to get a male and possibly another female. Do we have to have a certain amount of females for the male like with ducks? Or does it not matter?- ShayB_318

I have been wanting pheasants for awhile now. I just didn’t think it would happen so soon. We were at a local livestock auction when there was a female red golden pheasant. Broody duck and hatching eggs
One of my hens went broody. We decided to let her sit and hatch them. We had four hatch, unfortunately one was trampled. So we have three ducklings. First hatch was April 22, last was April 25. There are some eggs that still haven’t hatched yet. We are not sure how to tell if they are good or... -

My Cayuga drake is Poe, as in Edgar Allan. As for cute names we also have a Pip. Bubbles sounds good with your other names. -

Washed or Unwashed Eggs
With unwashed eggs, do you wash them before you eat them? Or is it okay to just crack them open as they are. Provide any poop, dirt or straw has been wiped off lol. -
