    99% of people just rely on stores to provide food... He's trying to be resourceful. We/he may end up having to travel abroad for the training.

    Yes we have. Like you said, they don't do it. We have some names down in Miami, but they are semi-retired... and I guess the price of chicken and a career don't align. My son is 20. Not making a career out of it yet, but another tool under his belt.
