    This is my first time incubating eggs and I was reading about candling with a light and that you can also do a float test to see if they are alive. So I decided to do the float test on day 17 with my duck eggs. I had 6/10 to float on top of the water, 1/10 to barely hit the top, and then 3/10...

    What to know about Lockdown

    I am starting on day 16 with my Black Swedish and Saxony eggs. This is my first time incubating eggs and I know that I start lockdown on day 25. Is there anything I need to know about lockdown. Also I have a still air incubator.

    I put them all in black and white so you can try o see the ring better. Can I incubate with the next eggs or is there no babies in these?? The first two I think is fertile but I don’t think the others are

    When is she suppose to usually molt? the photo was from a month or two ago and she hasn't been losing feathers at all.

    I feed her Nutrena Naturewise Layer with some oyster shells also i feed them treats in the morning.

    I've notice ever since Petunia got bumble foot and I gave her Clavamox for 2 weeks (what my vet described) whenever she gets in the water she looks like a wet dog. She got treated from bumble foot back in October so the medicine should be way out of her system if that's what is affecting her...
