    You can preform dry hatches with minimal issues.

    I have made noises but nothing. I'm going to wait 24 hours and then try for an assisted hatch. Thank you for the help.

    Yes but you should use wax to seal up the crack. If the crack if fairly large it probably won't hatch but there is no harm in trying.

    My baby quail started hatching he pipped fully and now he won't move or make any noise at all. I know they are supposed to take a long break but his beak is hanging out of the shell and he isn't moving it at all. I feel like he is dead or maybe dying and I dont know what to do.
