It kind of looks like the scales came off, yeah. I'm not really sure. I do let them free range a bit sometimes but for the most part they are kept safe in the coop and run. She could have gotten into something when roaming and hurt herself maybe but they usually stay pretty close to home 🤔 does...

My dog is chicken friendly. A visitor dog got loose and ran after one of my Isa Browns. She made it away but the dog grabbed her bottom. I don't know what to do... A little blood, lots of feather loss.

Awe, I am excited for how big he will be - he's already quite a big guy and only 3 most old 💕 BUT also kind of worried for my daughter, who is little, just in case he isn't a giant teddy bear. Thanks!
Thanks! I do NOT want more chickens haha - no room and trying to figure out how to manage these ones haha! But I have grown attached to all of them, even this big guy... Probably will re-home him but hoping to find someone that won't put him in a stew 😔
