    Spray paint?

    I don't think the dry paint will do them any harm. I wouldn't spray the tires in their run or near the coop. I have read about spray painting tires. They recommend a coat of kilz or some other primer to encourage adherence so the paint doesn't flake.

    How do I keep a dust bath dry?

    Well, i only have a few chickens and have a small kiddie pool for a dust bath. I am using an patio umbrella That I haven't used since I bought it last year. Looks cute on the patio, but the chickens will put it to better use. They have a fancy run!

    Suggestions for a muddy backyard chicken run.

    I have a 27' x 10' chicken run that is being enclosed in the next week or so. The backyard is an absolute mud pie. It is not deep and squishy but it's muddy.
