Urban ducks?
If you want a breed suggestion I would suggest campbells or harlequins, while all ducks can be noisy mine generally only are when THEY WANT SOMETHING. Be prepared for 2 toddlers that are not afraid to let you know THEY want out in the yard or think THEY should be feed. I have one of 'those'... -

If its temporary there is no cause for concern, I just find it to be beneficial to house them separately for various reasons. Admittedly top on my list is the fact that I have 5 VERY cranky production red hens (Ideals spin on the 'star' hybrids), but ancillary to the whole fighting issue expect...
