Popping in with a little update on Olive in case anyone else goes through what we did: the two implants worked! She has stopped laying eggs completely and acts like a prepubescent duck now. No more squatting + tooting, no more digging nests, and she has fallen completely back in to the behavior... -

Oh yeah! He mentioned trying that and it completely slipped my mind. I don't have any fakes but I still have some of hers that I can give right back to her. I have a feeling they'll just end up buried in her bedding and forgotten by her but trying is better than nothin' -

I've got an extra large dog kennel that we call "Chicken Jail." Anyone without a diaper goes in there! The tray is easy to pop out and hose off in the backyard. 1 million years later I answer! Sorry about that. I only got 2 serama from that hatch but they are doing really well and are super cute.
