    Also, on 7/11/2025, I tried squeezing the yellow stuff out of the foot, but it didn't break the skin or squeeze out. (The chickens feet are a little dirty, its because I took a picture of their feet right after I took off their bandages. I always clean the feet before applying the bandages.)

    Oh, and to add, I am still soaking in epsom salt, cleaning the wound, spraying vetricyn, applying trible antiobiotic, and prid when I change the bandages.

    Thank you so much! I had a long day, so sorry about the late response. I decided to soak her for 10 minutes with Epson Salt, clean the wound with hydrogen peroxide, spray with vetricyn, and put triple antibiotic with prid. Hopefully it works out!

    I will update the process of the treatment of this gal. I researched around these forums and it was suggested to use Prid and/or Sugardine (sugar mixed with betadine) on the wound after soaking the hen and removing the scab. I purchased the supplies and will soak and change her bandages later...
