You all working hard at the winter pantry! I love seeing all the photos. I started another five gallons of pickles today, its in the brine. Also did 2 bushel corn and froze. Plus, babysat my two adorable grandsons who behaved so well for me to get the job done It was a great day!
Lucky Roo Magoo 4 mo old. He has very thick legs and large
feet in comparison to my hens. He has just started crowing.
Thought I would share. I am assuming he will begin mounting

Well only one egg hatched. Im ok with that for my first time. It was an exciting event for sure!
I felt so helpless as it was in there peeping. The event began around 11pm Dec 15th, and it pushed the egg shell away at 3:41am Dec 16th. It was awsome!
