We have a Blue Ameraucana rooster that needs a new happy home. He is not an Easter Egger. He came from MyPetChicken. He is 5 months old and was hatched on May 26, 2015. He has been raised as a pet and is a mellow rooster, he is not mean or aggressive toward people. He is starting to boss...
We have a Ring Neck Dove problem. There are about 20 of them that come around every morning to eat the chicken scratch and food and they don't leave until late afternoon. It's really getting ridiculous. How do you keep Doves/other wild birds out of your chicken area?
We have a two day old baby chick that has two toes webbed together...so on one foot it looks like she only has two toes instead of three. Should we worry about it, will it become a problem for her as she gets bigger or cause other problems, is there anything we can do about it?
We guessed its calcium because it's crunchy and there is also calcium deposits on the outside of the eggs that looks just like the inside.
It looks kind of grainy and it's white. It does look a little like the inside of a pro-biotic capsule.
For the past couple of months, one of my chickens eggs has had specks and blobs of calcium inside her eggs. It is in every one of her eggs...not just occasionally. What causes this and is there anything we can do to fix the problem?
Thanks!

This is Cheerio. She was hatched April 5th. When we purchased her we were told she was a Legbar (and we paid the price for a Legbar) but I'm not so sure. I'm not even sure she is a she. She has long, thick legs with feathers starting to grow down her legs. Last I checked Legbars don't have...
