    I had them in paper cartons and trying to control the humidity was horrible because the cartons got wet somehow. I think I will try and candle on day 18 and see what they look like. I was only using a small led flashlight so maybe it's not strong enough to see the veins?? Anyway, live and...

    Egg Help

    I am seeing a small black "block" in some of them. All of them are brown eggs except for 2, which are blue. I guess I will leave them and see what happens. I'm new to all this so not 100% sure what I'm doing yet. Thanks for the help though.

    So, I need some help...this is my first time incubating eggs, and at day 7 they looked like this... Are they supposed to be looking like this at day 7? Also, I have them in Styrofoam eggs cartons. Can I leave them in there to hatch then? Thanks!

    First incubation

    So I am new to this whole chicken situation....my neighbor and I are attempting out first batch at incubating eggs. I took a picture at 7 days last night and they looked like this.. Out of my 9 only 1 looks like it was not fertilized so my question is, if the rest of the eggs look like that...
