    My black 2 day old silkie has splayed legs. I'm going to tape his legs to a stick. But for how long do I leave him like that, with taped legs. Other chick is a bamtum black one was only click silkit to hatch.

    Is it common for another silkie hen to go broody and steal another's hens nest. My gray silky has been sitting on her nest for 2 weeks, and now my black one just went broody today and stole the others nest.

    Straight run though from different runs. One month olds are 20$ and two month olds are 25$. She has a bogo on roos of any color.

    Anyone use a no crow collar here? Mine works just fine, but somehow the little bugger keeps getting it loose. Does this happen with anyone else?

    My flock is 4 months old now, I was wondering if I should switch to layena. Or keep them on grower feed till spring when the girls will start laying.
