    Uh yeah, 37c, I didnt have anything to test the humidty... Its day... 19? And its Japanese Quails or Cortunix. I peeled off a small bit of shell.

    Temp was 37c. Theres an in-built rotator, and it was Humid... My main question is whether peeling off abit of their shell will kill them?

    Ah... It had been a day or two over the usual hatching time, so I peeled off some of the shell from one of my eggs, it was moving though... Also, what does pip mean?

    Refer to title. Is this fine? Should I take some precautions? I can see the quail moving around, pushing against the membrane... Will this cause the Quail to die or no? Im really new to hatching, this is my first batch ever... I know mostly, how to raise Quail chicks and their adult selves...
