This is tiger, about 2 months old now and is an indio gigante. Looks like it should be a rooster but tigers never crowed and doesn't act like any rooster I've ever seen or taken care of. For example he'll jump into the egg boxes with the hens and sit next to them. He never makes any noise, like...
Ope, I guess what are you seeing that's showing you its a boy? I have another that's only about 2 weeks old so I wanna be able to look for things as this little one gets older
Its really different tbh! The noises are very low pitch and more like a turkey, plus he's super clumsy and hyper but loves to try and play fight with anything he's taller than. Goofy goofy bird
Hey all! This is the first time I've been so lucky, I was able to get an indio gigante chick. Currently the chick is around a month old. It's still almost impossible for me to tell if it's a boy or girl, I dint have prior experience with this breed and heard it's hard to tell so was looking for...
I have this little 2-4 week old rescued turkey poult. We know the little brown one he's with is a narragansett, and we thought the little guy was a Spanish black but he's getting bright white with black tipped feathers in the older he gets?
All images are from today.
I have no clue anymore as to...
Male or female?

This chick is always trying to jump at me when opening the door to them and will constantly try to play fight all the other...
These do look really close to him Aswell, the little striped hackle feathers match at least, idk about his beak tho. My little guy has such a short thick beak
Yeah you might be right! When I pull up the silver duck wing variety, they also have the lighter striped hackles that he has growing, is there any way to tell male to female on them?
