    Brown and slow cooked in an eletric skillet for 30 min. at 225 degrees and they will be tender .sojono.

    I buy game bird starter at our local county co-op feed and seed store for $11.80 for 50# that is what i feed from hatching through out.sojono

    Why would baby Cotunix Quail Die?

    I had that problem on my first hatch just dying for no reason that i could tell.then i started putting teramycin in water and i haven't lost any since. i have had several hatches since i started using it. hope this helps. sojono.

    Why don't LG's work?

    I always have good hatch rates with my lg if i buy another one it will be a lg.it reminds me of some people don't like fords and some don't like chevys as long as they do the job what more could you ask for.sojono.

    Getting frustrated by my LG!

    i think many worry to much about temp. some times my digital reads 97 sometimes it reads 99 mostly but i had a power outage and it dropped to 84 degrees and they are hatching now out of 42 eggs i bet that 30 or more have hatched will be tomorrow before i will know for sure but i know that hens...

    i have a lg and my digital reads 99 deg. at egg level and the regular reads 102 at top of eggs and i have great hatches with my own eggs around 90 percent hatches. sojono.

    Bator loaded to the gills and losing power! help!

    we had a power outage about a week ago in the ice storm and my temp dropped to 84 degrees and they are hatching now i didn't think any would hatch but my lg is full of peeping fuzzy butts. .sojono.

    Leave the light on even though they are in bed?

    i keep a 25 watt bulb on mine 24 hours a day and i get about 10 eggs from 12 hens a day they go to roost when it starts getting dark.sojono

    Life will never be the same again. when i have one batch to hatch i have more to go in soon as the bator gets dry from cleaning.I wish i had never set that first egg.sojono.

    Homemade incubator liner? :)

    I do like Catherine when i go into lockdown i cover the wire mesh with the rubber shelf paper $1.00 a roll from the dollar store then when they are through hatching you can wash it and use it again it helps to keep the bottom of bator clean.sojono.
