    Sorry for not being clear in my original post. The birds and the brooder got sick and I treated them. I want to integrate those birds with my flock out in the coop. I should’ve stated that from the beginning. My apologies.

    I didn’t separate the birds. I had my original flock out in the coop, and then I had 10 birds in the brooder. The birds and the brooder of the ones that were sick.

    Do I need to worry about getting the flock sick? The new birds that I treated with corid are doing great! No signs of illness whatsoever.

    I treated the birds for 6 days/9.5cc corid per gallon of water. So I have the all clear to integrate? If so that is wonderful!

    The brooder is 20 sq ft. It is too small at this point.

    They have been free ranging and yes they are crowded. I need to come up with a plan to house the in the garage now that I can’t integrate them with the flock.

    I agree. I normally would not keep them in the brooder this long. I wanted to move them out to the coop much sooner but the weather has been all over the place here in Nebraska. We have gone from below freezing to the other end of the spectrum. My plan was to intergrate this week but now...
