    I don't have any pics at the moment. But next time I go to the grocery store or get gas I'll try to remember to take pics. Lol They are everywhere.

    What's interesting is the fact he came from a feral chicken colony. I would say that most of the feral chickens running around in Hawaii are either black, copper, or red/brown. You rarely come across any feral white Leghorns. At least I haven't seen any.

    Thank you! We think so as well. We have grown quite attached to him. Our kids just love him. Even tho he gets pecky with them sometimes. We try to handle him as much as we can to keep him tame. One of our neighbors mentioned he could have some jungle fowl in him.

    I have them free ranging the yard together for a few hours each day. They all seem fine and dandy during that time. He just gets aggressive with the girls in the coop they share.

    I would love to add more, but our city ordinance only allows 2-3 backyard chickens per household. 😞

    Hello, I'm a new backyard chicken owner. Our first chick we rescued turned out to be a Cockerel. We are located in Hawaii so he was a feral day old chick, his siblings were killed by mongoose. At first I thought he was a Leghorn, but then he started to grow random black spotted feathers at 6- 8...
