I realize this post is from 2009, but I am struggling to find someone around Fort Wayne to butcher out chickens also. Did you have any luck finding someone??
We have been backyard farmers for several years now. When it was time to butcher, we had a local Amish man do it for us but he is no longer able to. How can I find someone in northern Indian to butcher my chickens and turkeys? (we have never, nor do we want to do it ourselves)
