I ordered 3 chicks and one arrived dead, and another died a week later from an unknown illness
I wouldn’t recommend shipping your chicks at all if you can help it, it puts a lot of stress on them and it’s very sad when they pass
The company wasn’t very kind either
I won’t be ordering from them again
